About
About Farside.
Farside lets you use your own Mac from your iPhone or iPad. Your Mac’s screen shows in your hand, and the whole touch screen becomes its trackpad.
What it is
Farside has two parts. Farside for Mac runs on your Mac and is free; it needs a Mac with Apple silicon. Farside for iPhone and iPad is the app you hold.
On the same Wi‑Fi it’s free, with no account and no ads. Farside Anywhere is the paid plan for reaching your Mac from somewhere else. It isn’t on sale yet.
Who makes it
Farside is made by Roshan Silva Pulle, an independent developer in Canada.
Farside at getfarside.com isn’t related to farside.app or to other products with a similar name.
Where it stands
Farside is heading into a TestFlight beta, with the App Store to follow. The beta isn’t open yet: follow @getfarside on X for the link.
